Mix all the ingredients together. Mix with hand till well combined. Add some water to make a semi soft dough.

Leave the dough for 20 minutes, covered. Make small lemon size portions.

Roll each ball into pooris.

Heat oil in a kadahi /wok.Fry pooris in hot oil. Fry till golden.

Serve with raita/chutney/pickle or curry.
