To reheat any refrigerated leftovers, just microwave the amount you're going to eat, about 20-30 seconds or until melty and warm. Preheat oven to 375°F.

Score the top of the brie wheel in a criss-cross pattern. The white rind on the outside of the brie is 100% edible and quite delicious! Scoring the top helps the rind to be easily scooped up with the melty inner cheese after it is baked. Place brie in an oven-safe dish. If possible, use a dish with sides that's about the same size as the brie wheel.

In a small bowl, mix together all the topping ingredients and spread over the top of the scored brie wheel. Sprinkle with the fresh cracked black pepper (and Everything Bagel seasoning, if using).

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Sprinkle top with chives. Serve with your favorite dippers. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
