For aloo masala in kadai add oil, then add cumin, onion, tomato, green chilli mix it well

Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, pavbhaji masalo, mix it well, then add mashed potato and coriander leaves mix it well

Take a tortilla, spread tomato ketchup, then spread prepared aloo masala, put the onion, cabbage, capsicum.

Then add grated cheese, and fold it, shallow fry the tortilla using butter.

Then cut it into half and serve it with tomato ketchup.
