100 gmspaneer (store bought)
2 tsprose syrup
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp arrowroot
2-3 dropsrose water
Saffron strands to garnish
Rose syrup to dot the sandesh

Steps

Grate paneer in a plate. Smoothen it with your hand to make a soft dough like consistency.

Add rose water, rose syrup, powdered sugar & arrowroot. Mix very well to form a soft dough.

Now refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. Make equal size balls & flatten it a bit like peda. Press a drop of rose syrup to make a dent in the middle. Offer to GODESS Durga as a Prasad & then offer it to the family. Super soft & delicious Prasad is ready to offer to GODESS DURGA on the Auspicious occasion of Navratri.
