Mix dry ingredients n a bowl then add margarine mix with your finger tips until propery combined, add water and knead the dough until smooth then cover and rest for 10 minutes.
Make smooth dough balls about 3-4 put in a very big bowl and ensure to oil the bowl and as well as the dough balls to avoid them from drying up, cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Roll and stretch dough to very thin circle, apply oil then sprinkle some flour then cut into stripes put together and roll into a

Spiral shape, repeat the process.
Let dough rest for 10 minutes then use your palms to flatten.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, Roast paratha in hot oil on medium heat, keep adding a teaspoon of oil while roasting,until ready.
Tap the edges of the cooked paratha to release the layers by turning it in circles.
Enjoy with a curry,sauce or stew.
