I forgot to grind the oats but still tasted like a crunchy digestive.
Adding some poppy seed to some and making a chocolate digestive is a option for the kids.

I forgot to grind the oats but still tasted like a crunchy digestive.

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add butter rub in with fingers then add egg to make a soft dough.

I cut into 4 peices and rolled each piece out and cut out circles, 3-5 mm thick. Prick each biscuits.

I cooked in airfryer 5 at a time 10 minutes each time. Until golden brown and crisp.

You can use them for a mini cheesecake with soft cheese and passion fruit.
