Khati mithi amla candy

In a cooker boil properly washed amla with water till steam for 15 minutes. Let it cool. Grind these deseded amla in a mixer jar without water and make pulp.

Heat pan add amla pulp and stir it without adding anything for around 2 minutes till it's colour changes slightly. Add Jaggery to it. Continuously. As soon as Jaggery melts add all ingredients one by one every time mix each ingredients well. At slow flame. Add lemon juice put gas on full heat for 3 minutes.

Emplty this in a pan. It become slightly spead 1tsbp sugar and little on palm as well and make the mixture smooth small goli. Spread some sugar on all golis.

Now your delicious Amla candy is ready to serve. Enjoy.
