  • 2 bowlwheat flour
  • Salt
  • Oil for moan
  • Chopped methi
  • Chopped bathua
  • 1 teaspoonajwain
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • For raita
  • 1/4purple cabbage
  • 1carrot
  • 1cucumber
  • 1onion
  • Curd
  • Salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Jeera powder

    Knead the dough and keep aside
