Place the Rice Noodles in a bowl of boiling water, ensuring the noodles are completely covered.

Heat the Olive Oile and Plant Butter over medium heat in a large pan.

Stir in the Hurbet Squash and sauté for a few minutes. Add the Crushed Garlic and Chilli Flakes.

Sauté until garlic is fragrent. Add the Prawn Meat into the pan and cook until the meat turns pink.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add in the Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Add in Salt and Pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and mix the Flat Leaf Parsley, Lemon Juice, and Tomato, until combined. Rest for 5 minutes.

Drain the cooked rice noodles and stir into the prawn mixture.
