Steps
- 1
The fruit puree can be made out of any fruit to your own preference. For example strawberries, raspberries, or a mix. Count for about 500g of fresh fruit. Let them boil shortly in a small layer of water and squeeze them afterwards through a sieve.
- 2
Add sugar to flavor and the jello. If the jello doesn't dissolve too well then put the mix shortly on the fire, but don't let it boil!
- 3
Whip the cream and add sugar or vanilla sugar to flavor. Keep some of the whipped cream apart for the garnish later on.
- 4
Mix the fruit puree, once it starts to stiffen a bit with the the cream. Ensure the puree doesn't sink to the bottom, but that the mass remains even.
- 5
Put it all in a washed with cold weather pudding form and leave it to stiffen in a cool place
- 6
Serve with the remaining cream and some fresh fruit
