Healthy Tortilla

In a pot take the wheat flour added with soda and one table spoon ghee

Knead the soft dough cover it and keep it a side for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes knead
it again so the flour become whiter - 4
Now divide it in small balls

Take one ball and roll it in refined flour or maida so the tortilla become whiter

Now roll it with rolling pin and make a medium size chapati
- 7
Switch on the flame and heat the tawa and put the chapati on it and roast it both sides

In this way make all tortillas and roast it one by one
- 9
And here's all tortillas are ready serve it, fill it with your own way
