  • Halfchicken breast,cubes
  • slicesGarlic,shallots,ginger
  • Halftsp oyster sauce
  • 1 packbrussels

Steps

  1. 1

    Par boil brussels,then cut into halves

  2. 2

    Heat pan then pour oil.Sautee chicken until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Then add ginger,shallots and garlic.Sautee until aromatic.

  4. 4

    Add oyster sauce and a little water.Cover and simmer until done.
