Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 CupKerry Gold Butter
  2. 1/4 CupBrown Sugar
  3. 2 tbspWhite Sugar
  4. 2 tbspEggs-Whisked
  5. Splash of Vanilla Extract
  6. 1/2 cup+ 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  7. 1/2 tsp of Cornstarch
  8. 1/4 tspBaking Soda
  9. PinchFlakey Sea Salt
  10. Mini Semi-Sweet Choc Chips
  11. Dark Choc Chips

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees

    Start by heating butter in a pot over medium heat. Stir continuously as the butter starts to melt. After a few minutes butter will start to bubble and foam up. Once the foam subsides you’ll be left w a brown nutty aroma

    Pour brown butter into a glass container. Cover and freeze for 10 minutes

    Once brown butter mixture has settled take the butter and mix it into a bowl with the Brown sugar and White sugar. Mix until smooth

    Crack 1 egg into a bowl and whisk. Take the whisked eggs and measure out 2 tbsp to add into the sugar mixture. Then add in your splash of vanilla

    Once mixture is smooth add in your flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt

  7. 7

    Lastly fold in your chocolate chips. Shape dough into balls and bake for 8-10m. Top w flakey sea salt and enjoy!
