In a bowl, add dahi and sugar and combine well.

Add oil and 1 tb vanilla essence and mix well

Sieve maida in the bowl and mix properly

Add baking powder and baking soda

Mix thoroughly

Add milk gradually and mix

Make a smooth batter

In a tin, apply oil on surface and place butterpaper

Pour the mixture in the tin

Place the tin in center of the vessel

Cook it for 30-40 min at low flame

Off the flame when properly cooked

Cool it down for some time

Remove the cake from the tin and cut in pieces
