Kimchi Hotpot with Kimchi Stock

I tried using kimchi hotpot soup or other stocks, but now we stick to this recipe.
You can cook this hotpot in a short time. This is a quick and easy hotpot.
Take some of miso hotpot out before adding kimchi to the soup stock to put in a small pot for kids!
You can add your preferred ingredients, but chicken meatballs absorb the flavour and they are tasty!
Sliced pork for shabu-shabu goes perfectly well with this hotpot! Add kimchi, too! For 2-3 servings. Recipe by Momokapapa

Chop your selected vegetables.

Make the soup by combining the ingredients listed under soup base. Then add any vegetables which take longer to cook (such as the stalk of napa cabbage or daikon radish).

We use these in our family. Use kimchi stock. You can add miso if you like.

When the first vegetable (the stalk and daikon radish) are almost cooked through, add the ingredients marked with a ★ (miso and kimchi stock).

I added chicken meatballs!

Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. The vegetables and the meatballs are done. Then add the meat.

Let's eat the meat! Done!
