  1. 3fish fillets
  2. Salt and pepper, to taste
  3. Mixed herbs, to taste
  4. 2 tablespoonsmargarine
  5. 1/2 cuplemon juice (about 120 ml)

    Rinse the fillets, season with salt, pepper, and mixed herbs, and add the lemon juice. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavor.

    Melt the margarine in a skillet. When hot, fry the fillets on both sides until golden brown.
