In a silicon container, add the mochi and milk and place it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds! Knead and make the mochi into paste.

Combine the ★ marked ingredients in a bowl and add the egg, pizza cheese and mochi.

Combine well to make a ball like bread dough. Adjust the firmness with water.

Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and shape them into small balls. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
