  • 3 cupvanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 2 dozenChips Ahoy cookies
  • 3/4 cupsprinkles

    Spread 1/4 cup ice cream onto flat side of each of 12 cookies. Cover with remaining cookies to make 12 sandwiches

  2. 2

    Roll edges in sprinkles

  3. 3

    Freeze 1-2 hours or until firm
