First, wash and peel the yam well, then wash it again and wipe it well with a cloth.

Now take out the chips and put water and salt in a pan and heat it. When it starts to boil, add the chips and it boils for two to three minutes, then turn off the gas and remove the chips.

Dry the chips loosely in a cotton cloth and put them in the fridge for 20 to 25 minutes. Then take them out and dredge them in rice flour.

Put all the ingredients for masala in a bowl and mix well.

Now fry all the chips on low heat in hot oil, when they become locrispy, remove and spread the prepared masala on top.

So yam chips are ready.
