Steps

Clean up bamboo shoots and boil it in water for 10 minutes.
Chop onion garlic together in chopper. - 2
In hot oil add onion and garlic mixture.
Add chopped spring onion and saute it for a minute or so. - 3
Now add chopped green chilli and give it a good mix add spices along with it.

Now add boiled and squeezed bamboo shoot and mix it well. Cover and cook till done.
