Ingredients

20 servings
  • 1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 canrotel tomatoes
  • 1 cangarbanzo beans (optional)
  • 1small bag of frozen corn
  • 1green pepper chopped (I use a red pepper)
  • 1medium red onion, chopped
  • 1English cucumber, chopped
  • 1 bottleItalian dressing, use just enough to coat the vegies

    In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and coat with italian dressing. Refrigerate overnite. Serve with tostido chips.
