Ingredients

20 servings

1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained
1 canrotel tomatoes
1 cangarbanzo beans (optional)
1small bag of frozen corn
1green pepper chopped (I use a red pepper)
1medium red onion, chopped
1English cucumber, chopped
1 bottleItalian dressing, use just enough to coat the vegies

In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and coat with italian dressing. Refrigerate overnite. Serve with tostido chips.
