Brahmi leaves and egg subji
Steps

Buy fresh brahmi leaves,clean and wash with plain water and cut in to small pieces.

Add three eggs in a bowl,,cut onion and green chillies in to small pieces. Keep aside.

Keep a kadai on stove in medium heat, add oil, mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal, green chillies and curry leaves statue for few minutes, then add onion fry till onions become transperant.

Now add brahmi leaves mix,then add eggs mix well.

Pour the eggs, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt mix till the brahmi leaves and eggs mix well with masala.

Atlast add coriander leaves mix well.Remove from heat. Transfer to a seving bowl. Superb tasty brahmi leaves and egg subji is ready to serve.
