Ingredients

  1. 5-6Baby potato
  2. 2Onion
  3. 2Tomatoes
  4. 4Green chilli
  5. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 4-5Kaju
  7. 1-2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 3-4 tspCorn flour
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1 tspGaram Masala
  12. 2 tsp-Sugar
  13. 2 tspFresh Cream

Cooking Instructions

    Take baby wash nicely and remove skin of potatoes add cornflour, salt, red chilli powder mix it well and take a pan add oil heat it add quatated cornflour to baby potato to heated oil fry it well.

    Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds,Coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato, kaju,green chilli fry it well. After frying onion and tomato cool it down.

    After cool it down grind it in fine paste.

    Take a same pan add ghee and heat it add Granded paste and add salt, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, Cumin and Coriander powder, fresh cream mix it well and add water cook it well.

    Add fried baby potatoes to a gravy and boil it. Dhaba style Dum Biryani is ready to serve.
