Steps

Take whole ragi wash with plain water and soak over night. One hour before grinding wash and add urad dal,while grinding add Fenugreek seeds.

Take a mixer jar add soaked ragi, urad dal and Fenugreek seeds,add water, grind into smooth batter.

Transfer the batter in to a wide vessel,add salt mix well,keep for eight hours to Ferment well.

Keep the dosa tawa on stove, let it heat, Mix the fermented batter well, take a ladle full of batter, pour and spread uniformly. Sprinkle some oil. Let it cook one side, flip it and cook few seconds.

Take out the tasty whole ragi dosa, Tranfer to a serving plate. Serve with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, coriander chutney etc. Enjoy the super tasty whole ragi dosa.
