Assemble all the ingredients add cumin seeds, oil, salt as per taste.bind and allow it to rest for 1 hour

Make small balls and roll them out and wrap it over a samosa shape
Take a pan for oil heating and put it in for deep fry as shown in as pic - 3
Deep fry until golden brown as shown as in pic mini ice cream cone are ready to serve
