Assemble all the ingredients add cumin seeds, oil, salt as per taste.bind and allow it to rest for 1 hour

Make small balls and roll them out and wrap it over a samosa shape
Take a pan for oil heating and put it in for deep fry as shown in as pic

Deep fry until golden brown as shown as in pic mini ice cream cone are ready to serve

I have presented like this put the chivda, onion, tomato, coriander leaves in each cone add red chilli chutney, tomato ketchup or sev called mini ice cream cone chaat
