Wash broad bean and peel potatoes and make small chunks.

Heat the cooker, add oil in the cooker, when it gets hot, add mustard seeds, when it crackles, add asafoetida, turmeric and then add potatoes and broad bean and saute them. Now add red chillies + Kashmiri chillies, salt, jaggery, goda masala, wet coconut, coriander and mix well.

Now add water as required. Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles.

Serve hot with chapati, paratha, roti, rice and dal.
