Ingredients
1 lbGround beef
1 lbJimmy Dean Mild Pork Sausage Roll
Green bell pepper, 𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒅
Onion, 𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒅
2 tbspMinced garlic
2Eggs
1 packRitz crackers, 𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒅
1 cupMilk
Seasonings
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Seasoning salt
Black pepper
2Lipton Beefy Onion Soup and Dip Mix
Topping
1 cupKetchup
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1 tspWorcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Add all the ingredients and seasonings to a large bowl and mix until well combined. Once combined, pat into a loaf and place in a glass pan.

Spread the topping over the loaf and place in the oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Once done baking, let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
