Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 2 cupmilk
  3. 4 tbspHershey's chocolate syrup
  4. 2 tbspcocoa powder
  5. Sugar as per taste
  6. Dry rose petals (for decoration)
  7. chopped badam
  8. cashew

Cooking Instructions

    Take basmati rice, wash 2 to 3 times properly. Soak them in water for 1 hour.

    Drain the water from rice. Transfer soaked rice in a mixer jar & grind coatesely. Add little milk if required.

    Boil milk in a deep vessel, add prepared rice mixture in it, stir continuously to avoid lumbs.

    Add cocoa powder, Hershey chocolate syrup. Mix it well, add sugar if required.

    Stir continuously, cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Switch off flame.

  6. 6

    Chocolate Phirni is ready, place it in freeze for minimum 20 minutes. Transfer in serving bowls. Garnish with dry rose petals.

    Chocolate Phirni is ready ready to serve.
