Ingredients

  • Halficeberg lettuce
  • Feta cheese to crumble on top
  • Small handful of walnut
  • Pumpkin seed to sprinkle
  • Chilli flakes and olive oil to drizzle
  • Pinchsea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Divide iceberg lettuce in halves and half them again to get two slices of lettuce.

  2. 2

    Drizzle some olive oil and roast in hot oven at 200 Celsius for 20minutes.

  3. 3

    Take it out to enjoy it warm by topping it up with feta cheese crumbles and some pumpkin seeds. Season with some chilli flakes and salt to taste.
