Heat oven to 375

Combine flour,baking soda,salt in bowl

Cream cooled melted butter and sugars together until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture until incorporated. Stir in chips. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up.

Drop batter by heaping tablespoonful on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake about 10 min until golden around edges but still soft on top. Let set on sheet for 5 min then remove to rack to cool.

I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy.
