2 slicessandwich bread 🍞
1egg 🥚
Milk 🥛 (I used oat milk)
Peanut butter 🥜
Maple syrup 🍁

Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread. You can fold them or leave them as is.

Mix the egg with the milk and soak the bread slices.

Fry the bread in a pan until golden brown.

Place them on plates and drizzle with maple syrup. You can also serve with fruit.
