Wash the red poha and put the water in the poha for 5 min after that remove the water and put the poha in the stainer

Chopped the onion,carrot,tomato and capsicum

Put the pan on the medium flame add some oil make tadka of mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves peanuts,and roast them,now roast onion,tomato,matar, capsicum add some salt and sugar as per taste,now add red poha and stirr well add coriander leaves and lemon juice.cover the poha with lead for 2 min

Serve the red poha upama for breakfast
