Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgshrimps
  • 1eggplant
  • Halfwhite onion
  • 1 tspcurry sauce
  • 1little salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and trim shrimp.Wash and slice eggplant into strips.

  2. 2

    Boil water then add onion.Cook until onion is soft.

  3. 3

    Then the eggplant,boil two minutes next the shrimps.

  4. 4

    Pour curry sauce and salt.

  5. 5

    Cover and simmer until done.
