Steps

Soak rice for 5-6 hours and grind into smooth paste, but try to keep slightly grainy.

Finely chop green chilli and Coriander leaves.
Now add chopped Coriander + green chilli to Rice batter, add salt and mix well, add water as required. We need thick yet dropping consistency batter.
Lastly add baking soda along with 1-2 tbsp water and give gentle mix.
Batter is ready. - 3
Keep steamer ready, grease moulds and then fill each mould with rice batter and put into steamer. Steam for 8-10 minutes and cakes are done.

De mould after few minutes and it is ready to serve.
