Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil till tender.

Slice the onion and chillies.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in onion and cumin and fry till onion is translucent.

Add in garlic and fry well.

Add in chickpeas,tamarind,spices and sauces.

Mix all well.

Mix in chillies and coriander.

Serve straight away.
