First dry roast the whole spices mention under kadhai masala until they turn aromatic. When it cool it then coarsely grind it. Chopped onion and bell peppers into cubes or triangle as your choice.

Cut the tofu into pieces. Take a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil and heat up. Add tofu pieces and stir fry them till they turn light golden.transfer in a plate then stir fry the chopped veggies on high flame until they turn crunchy.transfer it another

In the same pan add remaining oil add cumin seeds saute 30 seconds.then add chopped onion saute till they turn golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add tomato puree mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red Chilli powder,salt and 2 tbsp of prepared kadhai masala. Mix all well and add some water.cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add kasuri methi and fresh cream.mix well add tofu mix it cover and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Now add the veggies.mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Finally add chopped coriander leaves mix and turn off the flame. It is ready to serve.
