Then we will wash all the bhajis and cut them. Now add mustard seeds, chickpea seeds and fenugreek seeds in the cooker, add green chillies, garlic and ginger and let it boil for 3-4 whistles. We will steam the spinach in a pan and add it to cold water to make a paste. Now we will smooth the bhaji cooked in the cooker with a wooden stick.

Now add corn meal paste, spinach paste, spices and butter to it and let it boil. Now add ghee to a pan, add garlic, ginger, tomato, finely chopped green chillies and saute.

Now add bhaji to it and let it boil. Now it's time to serve, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and dry chillies to it, add a little Kashmiri red chilli powder and pour it on the vegetables and serve.
