Collect drumstick flower,remove only the flowers,peel sambar onion, keep aside.

Take a vessel add Drumstick flower and pour water, clean well.

Keep tawa in medium heat,add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal,and curry leaves, saute for few seconds. Add cleaned drumstick flower,mix well.

Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and salt,mix nicely.

Add little water. Close with lid,cook for five minutes, till all water dry up.

Then add grated coconut and fennel seeds grinded paste, give a nice mix.

After two minutes remove from heat, transfer to a serving bowl. Tasty drumstick flower spicy fry is ready to serve.
