Steps

Clean and wash mint thoroughly.

Heat pan add sugar lemongrass and water and bring it to boil for 2-3 mnts.

Remove the pan from fire add mint leaves and crush them with back of spoon.
- 4
Cover and keep aside about 1/2 hr.add lemon juice mix.
- 5
In one glass take 3-4 spoons of this mixture add ice and chilled soda water.
- 6
Garnish with mint and lemon and serve.
