Steps

Make puree of turnip, garlic and tomato.

Take a pan, add oil,when oil is hot enough add cumin seed followed by onion, saute till onion become translucent.

Add puree and cook till oil begain to separate. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, cook for 2-3 min more. At this stage add water and simmer for 10-15 min on medium heat.

Add boiled egg and garam masala than cook for another 2 min.

Garnish with coriander
