New Year's wreath with couscous
A quick, easy and effective salad for the holiday table. The basis of the appetizer is couscous cereal. And absolutely any decoration will suit.

Cooking Instructions

Pour boiling water over couscous. Add salt. Cover with a lid and let it brew.

Place the cereal in the shape of a wreath on a round dish. Top with lettuce leaves.

Thinly slice the jamon, twist the rosettes, place between the leaves.

Add Feta cheese and Cherry tomatoes.
- 5
Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Crush a clove of garlic and place in oil. Add shrimp. Fry for 30 seconds on both sides.

Add shrimp to salad. Decorate with blueberries. You can dress the salad with a complex honey dressing, or simply drizzle some good olive oil on it.
