Jowar dumplings (Paniyaram)

Making Paniyaram,take jowar,wash well with tap water, soak with fresh water over night.

Wash and soak urad dal and Fenugreek seeds an hour before grinding.

Finely chop onion,ginger, green chilli,curry leaves, keep aside.

Grind the soaked jowar and urad dal,pour into a vessel,add salt mix and keep at least five hours for fermentation. Then add chopped onions and, chillies, curry leaves mix well.

Keep a paniyaram pan on stove,let it heat, add oil, take a ladle full of batter,pour in each mould,let it cook one side,flap it other side, let it cook well. Remove from pan. Super tasty jowar dumplings or paniyaram is ready.

Enjoy the crispy and yummy dumplings or paniyaram with tomato chutney, coconut chutney or any other chutney.
