While cooking pasta, grill chopped prosciutto for a few minutes, add cooking cream and cream.

Cook on low heat. After a few minutes add freshly grated parmigiano.

Don't you think about adding that already grated parmigiano in a bag. If sauce is too thick, add some more cream. If too liquid, add parmigiano. If needed, add salt. Sauce is done very quickly, don't overcook it.
