Cream of Mushroom (soup with fresh cream & spring onion)

Collect sll ingredients to make mushroom creamy soup. Clean and cut mushrooms. Keep ready.

Keep a pan on medium flame, add butter, ginger garlic paste fry for sometime,add mushroom pieces fry for two minutes, add water, let it cook for two minutes.

Take a mixer jar add some cooked mushrooms,grind into smooth paste, add to the boiling mushrooms.

Mix corn flour with milk,add into the mushroom soup. Add salt and pepper powder,give a nice mix. Let it boil nicely.

After five minutes add fresh cream, and remove from the heat, add finely chopped spring onion. Mix well and add to a bowl, decorate with fresh cream. Superb creamy mushroom soup is ready to serve.

Transfer to a serving bowl.Enjoy the tasty creamy mushroom soup.
