Steps

Make all ingredients ready.
Boil the water in the vessel,
When the water starts boiling,add all the ingredients,water will change the colour. - 2
Put the flame slow and add rice flour,merge the flour and water with wooden spetula.
After that cover the lid and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes. - 3
Remove in the plate.to cool down.
After that mix the Flour nicely and make Equal parts and make the hole as shown in the picture..
Steam the Water and make the balls in a strainer plate and Steam for Another 5-7 minutes.
Then let the balls cool down a bit. - 4
Transfer in a plate,
Sprinkle oil,red chilli powder and fresh coriander..
Khichu is ready.. Enjoy 😋🤤👌
