Green Fish
Fish in Coriander flavoured gravy.
Steps

Marinade fish with little salt and turmeric powder and marinade for 10 - 15 minutes.
Then fry till golden brown and keep aside. - 2
Make a smooth paste of Coriander leaves + ginger + green chilli and lemon juice.
Make a slurry of the mentioned spices and keep aside. - 3
In a heated pan / kadhai, add oil and allow to heat.
Then add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle, then add the slurry and let the slurry cook. - 4
Then add Coriander paste + salt + 3 tbsp Water and give a nice boil.

Add 1 - 1.5 cup Water along with salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add fried fish + Sugar and cook further for 4-5 minutes and dish is done. - 6
Serve with hot steamed rice and enjoy the delicacy.
