First of all, roast the black sesame seeds in a pan. Chop the jaggery. Make jaggery pai in 2 spoons of water in a pan. When jaggery melts,add ginger powder and cardamom powder. Cook until the jaggery bubbles.

Take it out and mix it by adding a pinch of baking soda. Then add black sesame seeds and half of desiccated coconut and mix it and take it out in a greased platform or a butter paper.

In weaving, sprinkle the rest of coconut from above. It looks like a cool black and white combination from above. Cut it with the help of a cutter while it is still hot. It will become crisp in 5 minutes.
