In a bowl add maida milk sooji kheer khejur gur and mix whisk well to make a smooth better.Cover for 15 minutes.

To rest of the 1cup thick milk add rose water and mix set aside.In a pan brush ghee and take a ladle of the batter.Spread like a thin paper let bubles appear and add tsp of the filling in the side androll till the end set aside and complete the batches.

On a serving bowl and place the til patishapta and garnish with khejur gur and til. Til patishapta is ready
