Prepare the zucchini by hollowing them out and start stuffing them with the mixture.

In a large pot, layer sliced potatoes, sliced tomatoes, and sliced onions at the bottom. Add the stuffed zucchini, then the rolled grape leaves on top. Add water, salt, and citric acid. Bring to a boil, then simmer until cooked through. Serve and enjoy.
